How to order
It is very easy to order a product from Vintage Heart. At the moment, products can only be bought online using a credit/debit card or through Paypal.
When you see a product you like, click on Quantity to show how many you would like. Once you have decided click on the Add to basket button. Your order will be shown, then if you want to buy some more, click on Continue shopping or click on Proceed to checkout.
Click on your payment choice, whether it is using a credit/debit card or Paypal and then fill in your delivery details.
Postage and delivery information
For UK orders postage and packing will be as follows:

| £40.01-+up | £7.50 |
We aim to deliver orders within 7-10 days as all the items on the website are handmade. When you reach the checkout section of the site, postage costs are added for you. We do reserve the right to make changes to the delivery charges.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 7 days of receipt. I will happily replace or refund the product . Please notify me of your intention to return an item before sending it back to me. Products returned to us must be posted at your own cost and sent in the original packaging. You should obtain proof of posting from your Post Office when returning the package.
Privacy
Whilst I may keep your email address and details for future contact, the details will not be passed onto any other party or used for any other purpose.
